Learning and Outreach

We offer learning spaces for community use and collaborative workshops on nature restoration. At our living laboratory, Deer Park, we run regular surveys from May to September as well as an Annual Bioblitz in May and we encourage individuals and groups interested in volunteering/learning to get in touch if you would like to take part.

We can also provide talks on the purpose and principles of grassroots rewilding/nature restoration, which is at the heart of Bright Green Nature’s work.

We work closely with other environmental organisations in the Scottish Borders to extend our educational offering to include teacher training, outdoor learning sessions for schools and networking events for practitioners.

Please keep an eye on our social media pages for updates on events or get in touch if you would like to arrange a talk or join one of our regular surveys.
