Nature Restoration

Working exclusively at small scale and at grass roots level, we:

  • Seek to understand biodiversity in rare and vulnerable habitats and ecosystems so that we can restore and protect it
  • Work together with local communities to restore and protect the places that they value

By restoring native habitats and reintroducing key species where appropriate, we hope  to see a substantial increase in biodiversity, including the return of rare and threatened species.

The restoration of wetlands, woodlands and grasslands on the Deer Park and Haining sites in particular, will enhance ecosystem resilience, improve water quality, reduce flood risk and create a more robust and diverse landscape.
