Restoring Connections — People, Place and Nature
Selkirk’s Nature Networks is Bright Green Nature’s long term project to connect the natural areas in and around Selkirk and the communities living alongside them.
We’ll be sharing a lot more information about this project soon, but our high level aims of the project are to:
- Create and expand wildlife corridors across the area
- Monitor and evaluate biodiversity
- Offer youth and community development
- Develop skills and employment opportunities
- Develop a sustainable legacy
