Rewilding Presentation

Bright Green Nature are proud to launch our own Rewilding Presentation – Nature Restoration in the Borders – and Beyond.

A growing number of people are hearing about Rewilding, but they can be uncertain what it means to them.  Some will be scared of change, whilst others will embrace the positives and will be looking for ways to get involved.

It’s no secret that Bright Green Nature are strong supporters of ecological restoration and conservation, but we also recognise that this must be good for all members of the community.  This means respecting livelihoods, traditions and local heritage at all times, and remaining sympathetic to the views of everyone.

No-one can deny that Rewilding is happening, and it’s happening at varying scales (from individual gardens to multi-country connected projects) all over the World.  It’s here to stay for sure and is increasing in both size and popularity (or at least acceptance).

Our thought provoking PowerPoint presentation can be delivered by a member of our team (free of charge) on request, and aims to provide a local slant to a global topic.  We can’t provide all the answers, but we are keen to encourage meaningful conversations, whilst hopefully separating the facts from the myths.

We encourage interactive sessions, with plenty of time for questions and answers – meaning that the presentation will take approximately one hour.  It is suitable for all audiences and is recommended for High Schools, Colleges. Youth Groups and Community Groups of all ages.
